The HighFlow Cavity Batten, meets E2/AS1 (NZ) standards, exceeding 1000mm2/ lineal metre of ventilation with 20mm grooves on both sides.

Timber lengths available up to 3.6m means fewer joins and time saved.

The LVL is a pressed A Bond glue construction and the timber is H3 treated, giving the product the longevity to withstand the elements, as well as mitigate mould growth in the wall cavity.

A 15° chamfer along the top for water runoff, paired with the 20mm grooves minimises moisture build up and the chance of mould occurrence. This provision also makes a compliant solution for proposed NCC changes in 2025 for climate zones 6-8.
